Born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban immigrant parents, Mr. Fernández is a lifelong Florida resident. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida International University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from Saint Thomas University School of Law in 2005. Having practiced Workers' Compensation in Miami with both medium and small firms since 2008, he and his family moved to Southwest Florida in 2013.  He gained local experience working with the Fort Myers office of Morgan & Morgan until 2015 when he opened the Law Office of Julio D. Fernandez, PLLC.  This has now made it possible for him to provide more attentive and personal service to clients throughout Florida.
